Silai is a store which provides tailoring services for all under one roof. We offer a range of tailoring services, including clothing alterations, new outfit designing, custom fittings, repairs, and more.

We don’t have any minimum requirements. Whether you need a single garment altered or multiple pieces tailored, we're here to assist you with your tailoring needs.

4. What is the turnaround time for tailoring orders?

Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the work. Generally, we strive to complete alterations within 24-48 Hours. We'll provide you with a more accurate estimate during your appointment.

5. Can I request urgent tailoring services?

Yes, we understand that some alterations might be urgent. Please inform us about your timeline when scheduling an appointment, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. Urgent tailoring can be charged extra.

6. What if I'm not satisfied with the tailoring results?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the results, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your garments. We'll arrange for adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.
